Pricing & Delivery

Pricing

All our pricing is in Australian Dollars (AUD$) so for those ordering from international locations, please feel free to check current exchange rates for a more accurate reflection of what you may be charged if you wish. For example, a US order on August 14th 2023 as the exchange rate sits at APPROX USD 0.65c per AUD 1.00 means a AUD 39.99 shirt will cost APPROX USD 25.95. Exchange rates are always changing so please note this is only an example and is no guarantee nor prediction of future exchange rates and trends. Pricing can change at any time and without notice based on cost increases to fulfilment, design elements, and other factors.

Shipping Costs

As our items can be fulfilled from multiple locations internationally, & we are charged an accumulative cost based on items ordered, your shipping cost can increase based on items ordered. We have priced our shipping to absorb some of it - & FREE SHIPPING on orders above $150 is always available using the following CODE: FREESHIP150.

We would love to have the free shipping threshold lower, but it is only at this level that we can start to absorb the cost needed to provide free shipping as it is of course still fully charged to us. 

When will I get my order?

Usually, it takes 3–7 days to fulfill an order, after which it’s shipped out. The shipping time depends on your location, but can be estimated as follows:

- Australia: 2–21 business days

USA: 3–4 business days
- Europe: 6–8 business days *NOT YET SHIPPING
- Japan: 4–8 business days *NOT YET SHIPPING
- International: 10–20 business days *NOT YET SHIPPING

Where will my order ship from?

We work with an on-demand order fulfillment company with facilities worldwide to ensure regardless of where you're ordering from, the order can be created & sent to you ASAP!

Will I be charged customs for my order?

An additional customs and tax fee can occur on international orders. This fee is not in our control and is assessed by your local customs office. Customs policies vary widely for every country so please check with your local customs office directly to see if they apply duties and taxes to your purchases.

My order should be here by now, but I still don't have it. What should I do?

Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:

- Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address.
- Ask your local post office if they have your package.
- Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them.

If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn't left at the post office or at your neighbor’s, get in touch with us at [email protected] with your order number.

Orders

How are your products made?

We work with a print-on-demand drop shipper. They have locations worldwide, so depending on where you are, your orders are printed and shipped from the facility that can do it most efficiently!

How do I track my order?

You’ll receive a tracking link via email when your order ships out. If you have any questions about your tracking or shipment, drop us a line at [email protected].

I received a wrong/damaged product, what should I do?

We’re so sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged. To help us resolve this for you quickly, please email us at [email protected] within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order. We’ll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible!

Returns

What’s your return policy?

We don’t offer returns and exchanges, but if there’s something wrong with your order, please let us know by contacting us at [email protected]!

Do you offer refunds?

Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items. If any of these apply, please contact us at [email protected] with photos of wrong/damaged items and we’ll sort that out for you. PLEASE NOTE that we then have to work with our fulfillment center to determine if a refund can be given. The level of refund will be dependent on their decision. If they do not accept fault, we can only refund the amount after production, not the full amount. 

Can I exchange an item for a different size/color?

We don't offer exchanges on sizes/colours. If you’re unsure which size would fit better, reach out to us at the [email protected] & we're happy to give you more information on how the sizing runs - every product has been tested & purchased by us before it goes live. Though rare, it's possible that an item you ordered was mislabelled. If that’s the case, please let us know at [email protected] within 7 days after receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and we’ll send you a new one, or issue a refund!

FAQ

Does the money go to the club?


We are completely independent, as such no money directly goes to the club. However as holders of 2x Premium Memberships as overseas fans, seats that through the 2023 season were donated to fans for charitable cause, we put our heart & soul in to supporting our great club despite not physically being in Adelaide anymore. We are continuing with these memberships through 2024 & donating the seats - & hope to beyond 2024 - so purchases made will help fund this endevour. This is money & memberships to the club, so in a round-about way - yes, you are making a contribution to our club by supporting us. We will also be taking a portion of sales to contribute to the club's "Chasing Greatness" fund, as well as making other charitable donations with proceeds from sales. We also hold memberships for our AFLW side in which we have also given away our tickets to games, so with over $1,000 a year being spent by us towards the club, by supporting us, you're supporting the club as well - & getting some cool gear.
